Project and Programme Management

Reed PS has considerable experience of successful projects and programmes. That success comes from ensuring the interdependent disciplines of effective scheduling, communication, quality and risk management, and objective progress reporting must be given at least the same level of investment that is given to development and implementation methodologies.

We know that developing and maintaining clarity around the business and project objectives is of paramount importance, as is having unambiguous definitions of what constitutes a 'timely, cost effective fitness for purpose' of all deliverables.

The effort put into these definitions has to be supported by a determination to deliver to, or beyond, the required standards. We do not compromise on our commitments that we make to our clients, and we work closely with their own Quality Management Systems to ensure that they derive the maximum benefit from a collaborative partnership with Reed PS.
