Control of all the component parts and variables within a project or programme is critical for a successful outcome. Beyond a rigorous quality project management framework, Reed PS deploys highly talented and experienced project and programme leaders to ensure that all project stakeholders remain highly motivated and cohesive, focussed on attaining the key goals, on time and on quality.

Experience is critical but experience without the required, evidenced competencies is no guarantee of success. Reed PS utilises rigorous competency based selection process to ensure that all of our Consultants have the competencies required to deliver the desired outcomes.

Our senior project and programme leaders all have at least 10 years relevant experience. All have the talent, charisma and drive to generate extra percentage points of effort across the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

Our leaders command respect because they have the track record and gravitas to back it up. They are comfortable with main board business representatives and 3rd party suppliers.
