A well known major bank was looking to develop and launch a mobile app that allowed users to make peer-to-peer payments to other app users via their mobile devices. RPS were tasked to assist our client in ensuring the project requirements and timeline was met by delivering a range of project support in a short time-frame through iterative agile delivery.
The RPS team worked with the client to conduct market research and analysis and understand the functional requirements before deploying a specialised team to work on the development, integrating with other teams and existing departments. We took a flexible approach to delivery which allowed the client to access specific skills and experience as the project developed.
By working with our client to define user experience and specify functionality we helped them to be one of the first in the market place to launch technology of this kind. Our integrated approach meant we could work in harmony with the clients existing teams and we are now working in partnership with them to deliver phase two.

The app was delivered and launched on time allowing our client to be the one of the first banks to pioneer this payment technology. The customer take up has been strong with a second version of the app now in development, with further iterations planned.
