THE BRIEF

Working in radio, media and connectivity, the RPS Indie service was designed to provide an end-to-end project management solution for managing externally commissioned projects. This covers everything from initial tender, through the full project delivery and implementation.

The RPS team developed the Indie service to work as a managed service solution, which is continually measured against key KPI’s. Taking a Portfolio Management approach, the number of projects running under the managed service can be scaled according to client and project need, with continual monitoring in place to enhance and develop the service on a rolling basis.

The hands on flexible approach to the service management drives costs efficiency, headcount management and allows the client to access skills and resources as needed, whilst transferring risk from their core operations.
