Our client was working towards a relaunch of their leading desktop based TV on-demand platform. They wanted to improve the performance and output of the development, testing and project teams to ensure that the relaunch plan was successfully met.
The RPS team ran a series of coaching and delivery packages to both support the project delivery and to provide tailored coaching on the team’s methods and approaches, with a specific focus on improving inter-departmental working.

The coaching program delivered major improvements across the board. The product teams output was increased by 50% over a 3 month period and the development and test teams output was increased by 20% over the same timeframe.
