Our client was working towards a relaunch of their leading desktop based TV on-demand platform. They wanted to improve the performance and output of the development, testing and project teams to ensure that the relaunch plan was successfully met.

The coaching program delivered major improvements across the boards. The product teams output was increased by 50% over a 3 month period and the development and test teams output was increased by 20% over the same timeframe.
