    The brief

    Our client was working towards a relaunch of their leading desktop based TV on-demand platform. They wanted to improve the performance and output of the development, testing and project teams to ensure that the relaunch plan was successfully met.

    Our approach

    The RPS team ran a series of coaching and delivery packages to both support the project delivery and to provide tailored coaching on the team’s methods and approaches, with a specific focus on improving inter-departmental working.

    We employed a flexible approach to allow the client to access specific knowledge and support as it was needed. Our charging was linked to a series of incremental output based efficiency improvements allowing our service delivery to be incentivised against measured client goals.
