About the speakers:

Michelle Vock is a Director of Sales at Andela. She previously spent several years managing many of Andela’s partner accounts, which has given her unique insights into the challenges that companies face when trying to grow their engineering team. Michelle has worked remotely her entire career and is a passionate advocate for distributed teams and building a remote culture. Prior to Andela, Michelle spent several years at IBM.

Geoffrey Muchai is a Senior Manager in Partner Engineering at Andela. He has experience supporting, managing and growing teams of engineers working with Andela’s partner accounts. Geoffrey has a technical background working with remote teams based in the US and UK to build out SaaS Data Collection solutions for organisations such as the WHO(World Health Organisation) and DFID(Department for International Development).
