WE KNOW THAT REDUCING THE USE OF PLASTICS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES OF OUR TIME.

During the first quarter of 2018 Reed Professional Services evaluated much of its own usage of single-use plastics within the office environment. Since then we’ve taken steps to eliminate the use of single-use plastic within our immediate workspace. We’ve introduced extra recycling points, rolled out reusable items in our kitchen and developed educational information to encourage our teams to get involved. But it doesn’t stop there.

As a small to medium size enterprise, Reed Professional Services acknowledge that their direct actions will only have limited impact on the scale of the issue at hand. However, as an organisation, we do interact with a significant number of suppliers and blue-chip clients with international reach. As such, it is our intention to use this network to raise awareness of the single-use plastic impact on the environment through a series of educational programmes and change inspiration activities with both communities.

Want to know just how big the plastic bottle is? Have a look at our infographic below.  This is the first step in an ongoing project and we hope our team members and clients alike will join us in our plastic-free journey.
