For so many, being truly Agile as an organisation is a difficult undertaking requiring large amounts of change, adoption of new behaviours and an organisational shift to truly Agile ways of working.

For the last 15 years Reed Professional Services has been delivering agile outcome-based business and digital transformation projects for its clients. Providing a unique blend of people, tech and process RPS has delivered multiple products and services that you interact with every day – yet like so many organisations, struggled to adopt the best practices internally that they excelled at delivering for their clients.

In this webinar hosted in partnership Digital Leaders. Roger Gibbon, Managing Partner at Reed Professional Services, shares the learnings and outcomes from RPS’ journey to become a truly open, collaborative, and agile organisation.

From the adoption of a Continuous Improvement Programme to manage change and drive an ‘always improving’ company mindset, a Knowledgebase providing the hub of information and processes across the business, company Rocks, communication strategy and integrating new collaborative tools into each teams ways of working, RPS has undergone a holistic step-change in the way it operates as a business.
