Welcome to Reed Professional Services. We are a leading provider of project consultancy and technology services. We develop partnerships with our clients to provide clear solutions, drawing on our expertise and knowledge to provide services that our partners rely on. We work with our customers to understand their needs and apply consultancy and delivery that fits the brief, large or small. We talk tech, but value clear dialogue. We think big, but we never lose the detail. We can act fast, but we are always considered.

At RPS our agility is key. Our structure allows us to operate as a boutique consultancy, with the added security of being part of the Reed Global Group, giving us and our clients the best of both worlds. Phil Bull

- Managing Partner

Phil has been leading Reed Professional Services since 2010, and has successfully helped to develop the company to what you see today. His drive comes from solving problems, and it is the constant variation and challenges that the day to day brings that continually inspires him. He certainly doesn’t like things to be mundane, which is lucky given the wide variety of challenges RPS handle for their clients each and every day.

Phil’s career has seen him spend the last 20 years delivering complex business programmes, including IT managed-service and business process outsource operations, to a wide variety of industry sectors as diverse as manufacturing, HR, technology, local government and media. This experience provides the perfect foundation for him to lead a dynamic entrepreneurial company to deliver complex business solutions in an ever changing environment.

Phil draws great satisfaction from seeing projects successfully delivered for clients, and is active in every part of the journey. When he is not busy managing a company, he is busy keeping up with his 2 sons, with rugby matches, sports clubs and after school social life’s to challenge even the most active dad.

Richard Pucci

- Operations Director

For Richard the perfect job role allows for both problem solving and for creative thinking, and as RPS Client Portfolio Director, he certainly gets a good dose of both. Richard thrives in finding continual improvement, by reviewing what exists and developing ways to always grab that extra opportunity, which is something that our clients benefit from every day.

As someone who takes the ‘Problem Solved’ mantra very seriously, Richard is skilled at finding solutions and is an expert in dealing with complexity in business contracts. He is able to draw on significant experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager, enabling him to work in partnership with our clients day to day, helping them to face challenges and supporting the RPS teams in meeting those challenges.

As a keen photographer you’ll find Richard camera-in-hand most weekends, either working capturing the day to day lives of Londoner’s with street photography, or in the studio creating portraits. He has a wife, 4 kids and 2 dogs.

John Vaughan

- Head of Sales

John is the newest recruit to join the RPS management team, as the newly appointed Head of Sales. His approach perfectly suits the Reed Professional Services style of down to earth common sense, which is seen at every step of the RPS client’s journey, from sales to implementation.

Drawing on a distinguished career in sales and business development over the last 20 years, John has held roles in in media, broadcast and Telco. Having previously worked for BT and The BBC, he spent the last 7 years with Indian Consultancy companies Wipro and TCS, where he worked on delivering the biggest business transformational deals in Europe.

John enjoys working with progressive companies who want to shake up the way they do things and is 100% committed to bringing RPS’s excellent service delivery to new markets and customers, building long lasting partner relationships every step of the way.

John is a committed family man with 3 sports mad kids, so he spends plenty of time on the side of rugby, netball, football and cricket pitches enthusiastically cheering on. Once in a blue moon he’ll find a spare afternoon to play rugby for Chinnor Vets.

Roger Gibbon

- Head of Delivery

Roger is the technical wizard of the team. As Head of Delivery he oversees a portfolio of client projects and programme managers, delivering highly visible projects covering a range of initiatives. He thrives on the challenge of delivering Agile and ever changing briefs within a fixed contract, continually adapting and problem solving to meet the goals, whilst insuring our clients never get any big shocks.

His ability to draw on both project delivery and technical expertise makes him an invaluable asset. As an expert in digital media technology he can deftly move between technical delivery and project management, bringing the 2 sides of the puzzle together to keep projects on track. He loves seeing a job well done, particularly when he negates potential issues well in advance of them arriving.

Roger lives with his partner and 2 children and can be found on 2 wheels cycling when he gets the chance.

David Glasbrook

- Head of Service Delivery

David is a senior IT professional with over 20 years’ experience of delivering quality IT services in a variety of technical and business areas. He is responsible for the management of IT outsourced services for RPS, covering a mix of infrastructure and application support services.

For David, ‘SLA’s and KPI’s’ are far more than terms that are banding about in client meetings, his drive comes from meeting and exceeding every deliverable that our customer’s set out, and he is focused on keeping essential services ticking.

As an experienced ITIL practitioner, he specialises in the development, re-engineering and integration of service processes and tools. He has particular experience in designing services and SLAs, and is dedicated to creating and managing relationships with suppliers and customers.
