Our client is a multinational broadcaster who had a requirement to create a mobile web interface for their new Radio and Music product. The Brief was to create a user-friendly interface for accessing radio station content and streaming on all major smartphones.

We delivered the brief via three phased work packages, enabling us to deliver on schedule in a short time span. This flexible delivery plan allowed us to fully integrate into the clients Agile work approach by deploying a team of onsite developers and testers to work in parallel with the existing client mobile team.

Productivity was further enhanced through the adoption of automated testing using Selenium Web Driver for iOS and Android (A first for the client). The RPS team worked in partnership with the client to help them negate issues arising from external dependencies, and this flexible project management approach kept the project timeline on track.

The project was delivered on time with the full spectrum of desired functions. Site usage increased by 50% organically, primarily through repeat users before the full marketing campaign took place.
